ProChat is an AI chat and lead-capture service operated by Witarist ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the ProChat service and its website widget, dashboard, mobile app, and WordPress plugin (together, the "Service").
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use an email address you control. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
When you add the widget to a website, conversations between your visitors and the assistant are processed by the Service so it can answer questions and capture leads on your behalf. You're responsible for telling your visitors how their data is used, including linking to your own privacy policy where required. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Some features and AI usage are subject to plan limits or prepaid credits shown in your dashboard. Where paid plans or credit top-ups apply, charges are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
